So, I have bought an AMD laptop through one of my friends in the US (I am not currently located there). I recently bought some new accessories for my current laptop and sent to another friend who lives in the US and the payment processed normally, now I tried to do the same with another address and I was refused to get through my order with the persistent flag of “Your card has been declined.”.
The support is basically not responding anymore and their first email was saying the billing address is not matching etc etc..
I need urgent support so I can get my new parts while my friend is in the US.

Technically what you are doing is freight forwarding. I know it sucks, and we totally sympathize with you! However, on these forums talk such as this is prohibited. All I can say from working with Framework employees is that they too sympathize with this situation and they want to enable as many people as possible to support Framework and the change in the industry that they represent, but the legalities of doing business across so many different areas requires things like this prohibition on these forums.
As such we will need to lock this thread, and ask you to not make any additional regarding this same topic. Your consideration and understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated and I wish you good luck in your efforts!
