Custom CPU cooler, effective TDP of RAM chips (Custom Waterblock)

I’ll be honest, I’m still scoping out a platform for my next case mod computer. But long story short, I’m planning a pump-less, (traditional) radiator-less, watercooling system. I’m already planning to have to make my own CPU block (borrowing a baseplate from another CPU block), the question is, how much cooling do I need for the RAM chips?

Is putting a small heatsink with some airflow good enough? Attach it thermally to the waterblock? or do some custom monoblock work to get active watercooling on the modules?

Same thing for the VRM that has contact with the heatsink, I’m assuming that should be fine with an aluminum heatsink and a tiny bit of air pointed at the motherboard, but I could be wrong.
