The unit I received has a bad hinge. I tried submitting a service request under the “contact us” section and have yet to hear back. I could not find a phone number either.
This is not ideal since I am testing out this machine to see if viable for a community tech project.
What can I do?
There’s no phone number afaik, it’s also the Holiday period so I won’t expect them to respond to support cases until after New Years. Just be patient.

Unfortunately, we do not have a phone number as we are not pursuing phone support currently. Our typical response time is around 1-2 business days at this moment but on Monday’s it may take an additional day due to the weekend.
