Good afternoon, I have a broken laptop and contacted the support twice via the web form and also via direct mail to open a warranty claim, starting three days ago. I haven’t received any feedback yet, except the automail from the web form. I know that they are extremely busy with the rollout of laptop 16 and I don’t expect an immediate response, however, I would like to get a ticket number or alike I can refer to in the future communication.
What is the best way to proceed here? What is an acceptable waiting time? Can anyone from Framework share some stats on the waiting queue? I mean I can wait longer, as long as I know my request was taken up and added to the queue being processed soon.
