Not sure if Framework has a “no dead / stuck pixel” policy…but there’s always Framework Support if you need them to look into into. And since it’s brand new, you also have return period on your side.

Every company that sells laptops or monitors has to have a dead pixel policy

@Noah_Hartsten you’d need to example the dot under magnification to see if it’s more than one. A cell phone macro lens is cheap & helps immensely.

Yeah, I’m not sure if there’s a “‘no’ dead / stuck pixel policy” for brand new units. Within warranty period, sure, aware of that. But I guess since it’s brand new within return period, it doesn’t need to be spelt out what the reason can / has to be.

Oh yeah, if still within the return period and you know it will bother you too much.

I didn’t see the OP say when he purchased it, though. And looking again, I don’t see anything said at all? Just the picture, plus the questions the forum prefills into the post box.

Yeah, not sure when it was purchased…but at least the photo seems to be fresh… Macro focus shot, 2025-08-22.
