Default display too bright?

There is one thing that can be tried on Windows for FW13, but apparently you shouldn’t do it with FW16.

On windows you could try to override this with the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000 DalMinABMBacklightLevel The current level should be set to 0D0D, The minimum duty cycle is calculated as value/255. But the value needs to be repeated twice. Please note the current value is the minimum allowed value by the 16in system. But the 13in laptops can go to 1% minimum.
