Display glitching on brand new Framework 13

I just received my DIY Framework 13 a few days ago with the following specs:

When I turned it on the display started glitching even in the bios. I thought for a moment it was only due to initialization or needed a bios update- however after installing Fedora and updating the bios via the script, it continued.

Here is one of the glitches I experienced while watching a video:

After resuming the video it goes away until it glitches again.

Could it be my own ram (Crucial) or SSD (Silicon Power)?
I am thinking it is probably unrelated as the rest of the machine works fine- in fact I am actually writing this on the laptop itself.

I have contacted support but in the meantime I figured I would ask here.

The issue is especially bad on startup as shown in the videos and screenshot here:

I have tried reseating the display cable and updating the BIOS.
Any help would be appreciated!

It’s probably a faulty display or display cable

I was fearing that. Hoping the support team will take care of it.

For anyone curious about the outcome, the support team was fantastic throughout the troubleshooting process — and it turns out reseating the display connector one more time completely resolved the issue.
