Having this issue as well. Interestingly it appears very similar to an old issue that also had to do with the Panel Replay and similar features. Old thread is here:

However, that issue was fixed, so I’m not sure exactly how this issue is related. Topic is closed but I’m going to add a comment to it to see if I can get any attention from developers - might need its own bug report at some point but since the issue is definitely related I think it is best to start there.
