Docking Station not recognised anymore

Hello Framework Community

I’ve recently ran into an issue where my Framework 16, with only the expansion bay shell, suddenly stopped working on my Ugreen Revodock 314 USB C docking station.

The dock is working as expected with a different laptop with all of it’s input and output recognized, but when I now plug my FW16 to it, the dock shuts down and and turns back on in loop, the device not getting recognized and looping.

Looking at USB event, it seems to be a PD handshake issue, but it used to work just fine a moment ago.

I’m on Windows 11, BIOS 4.02 and AMD Latest drivers (tried both the FW provided ones and the newer ones with no improvements).

Any ideas?

Small update:

The dock works when I plug the original power brick as well as the dock, so it does really feel like another PD issue that either a driver, windows, or something else update f’ed up

Bigger update:

It’s a Windows problem.

That’s it. I’m at the very least looking at dual booting.
