I purchased and installed the touchscreen display upgrade for my Laptop 13. After installing, the new display has no touchscreen capability. Where can I find the drivers or BIOS needed to enable the touchscreen? Thanks in advance for any help here.
What version of the BIOS are you running? I wonder if you might need an update.

Thanks for the quick replies. I am running BIOS 03.20 dated 6/23/2026. I will try re-installing.
Just re-installed latest stable version of 03.20 and still no touch capability.
Checked Windows Device Manager. Under Human Interface Devices, there is no listing for HID-compliant touch screen. I am running Windows 11 Pro N, Build 26200.
There have been some sporadic reports that folks have needed to “Restore Default Settings” in the UEFI setup page after installing 3.20 to enable the touch panel.
