Dual SSD - future?

I preordered.

But I wish it had 2 ssd slots. Even if 1 of them is the smaller 2242 it would be great. Perhaps in future iterations?

Our 250GB and 1TB Expansion Cards are a potentially good alternative. The read/write/random performance is high enough to use for most of what you’d use an internal NVMe drive for.

The current config placing all board modules on one side makes a lot of sense for repairability, but maybe a future high performance mainboard could have the other side of the PCB contain extra M.2 slots, similar to how some modern motherboards handle dual M.2 slots.

I ordered mine with the 1 TB expansion card. Looking forward to what I can do with it. Dual booting several Linux distros or perhaps windows.
