Ethernet adapter not working in one of the port

Hello.

I saw that my Ethernet USB-C slot adapter is not working in the bottom right port, no issue on the others ones however.

All the others cards are apparently working fine on this port.

Is this something expected ?

When connecting it, it get like connected/disconnected in an infinite loop.

Running Ryzen 13" on Windows.
