Excited to see framework is now shipping to Portugal where I live. However when I go to make an order an extra tax (several hundred euros) is added to the total. But if I say I live in Spain there is no extra tax. Is this supposed to happen? I have never seen this before when ordering within the EU.
My guess is that your government is responsible for this difference, unless it is a mistake.
Okay - I should have done this to begin with. Here are 2 screenshots of the exact same order only changing the country from Spain to Portugal (which you can see in the url).

Interesting. I would have thought Spain would be more expensive than Portugal because Spain is 3 year guarantee with Portugal 2 years.
Maybe the difference in price is the difference in cost for product support in that country.
Do you have the same issue after logging in and entering your address?
Yes I did but now I think they fixed it. I submitted a ‘service request’ and a few hours after they ‘escalated’ the problem it appeared to be working correctly. I’ll wait a few days to make sure it’s cleared up before I buy anything.
