Fan whining noise

Device: Framework 16
OS: Manjaro
Kernel: 6.10.13-3MANJARO

I have the framework laptop 16 but suddenly I started hearing a very high pitched whining sound coming from the fan. I tried opening the laptop to take a look at and make sure the fan was clean but that didn’t seem to help. Does anyone know what might be the issue and how I can solve it?

Are you sure it isn’t coil whine?
also maybe check any ventilation around the fan

I don’t believe it is coil whine as the sound goes away once the fan turns off and both vents are clean.
