Framework 13 AMD AI 300 Series: First power on - blank screen

Hello,

I am setting up a Framework 13 AMD Ryzen™ AI 300 Series - Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370 and the display is not turning on (black screen, I hear fans running, and it has been plugged in / turned on for a while).

I am seeing the following blink code sequence:

White
Green x12
Orange
Blue
Green
Blue
Green
Green
Green
Blue
Blue

My interpretation is that this means the hardware checks are passing and there is something going on with the POST sequence.

Can any experts here help me debug?

Try connecting an external screen, waiting longer, or only inserting one RAM stick (if this is a DIY machine).

I tried all of the above and still no luck. Do you know how I can decode the POST blinks / figure out what they mean?

No. Framework only has released post code information for the 11th gen intel version and we don’t know if they still apply to newer models. Plus they haven’t been very helpful since we don’t know if the code is low or high byte first.
