The status codes are consistent if I hard power off/restart the computer. Opening it up, it’s not obvious that any cables are detached or damaged
Just in case, I tried connecting to an external monitor with a USB-C to HDMI cable (back two USB-C ports) without luck
Update 1: Took out both RAM modules, inserted just one into channel 0. Still no display, same status LEDs (all green) and post code (10100011)
Update 2: Tried the other RAM module, tried inserting in channel 1 as some users seem to report that working instead, same results. Unscrewed the display and carefully lifted it from the top - cable is not obviously unseated, but I pressed on it regardless to hopefully ensure a solid connection. No luck. Tried to reset the mainboard state - there’s no CMOS battery as the guide suggests, but comments seem to confirm that newer models don’t have it. After disconnecting the laptop battery and plugging in AC power, the LEDs immediately blink alternating between red and blue. The guide isn’t clear how long to leave it like that for; I waited 5 minutes and it was still blinking the same so I disconnected AC power and reattached the battery. I expected that this would cause the laptop to do memory training again, but I didn’t see any solid green light. Instead, it’s the same ~1.5 minutes of black screen, followed by the same 12 green LEDs, an orange blink, then blue green blue green green green blue blue
