I recently purchased a DIY 13 AMD AI 300 and have installed Windows 11.
First, the hardware issue. The USB insert will sometimes fail and I have to unplug and then replug it back in. My mouse stops working when this happens. Given this is a hardware issue, not sure what to do.
Second, software. Frequently, but not every time, I open up Microsoft Teams on a call, my computer goes into a force restart. I feel as if this has to be related to Teams because I have worked for hours at a time without an issue, with Teams open, but, when I join a meeting it will go into restart. There is an error that flashes on the screen with a QR code, but it happens so fast I can’t scan it, and it happens sporadically enough that I am caught off guard before I have a pen to write down the issue. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?
