The laptop’s “A” key has stopped working for no reason. The laptop is still very new, hasn’t faced any sort of damage ever. All other keys are functioning well.

Sometimes it works and 95% of the time, it doesn’t work at all. And when it is working, it types double, or skips or works after a couple taps.

Hello @Aryan_Kapoor ,

Welcome to the community. You should start a ticket with support to investigate if the keyboard is defective or if it might be related to the connector not being seated properly.

From the sounds of it being just the A key, it would appear to be a mostly defective A key that rarely will start working again.

Easy to swap out if support decides it’s the key keyboard. Consider disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard cable if you want to try and test it out in your own. Let us know how it turns out.
