Framework 16 Ethernet Expansion Card low speed

Using Framework Laptop 16 (AMD Ryzen™ AI 300 Series) + NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5070 + Windows 11 with the Ethernet Expansion Card on left front port, I get only 100Mb speed.
Looking at the port mapping Expansion Card Slot functionality on Framework Laptop 16 (AMD Ryzen™ AI 300 Series)

At both ports 3 and 6 I should get USB 3.2 speeds.
I’m connected to the 240W charger, so I don’t think that should be the issue. (following this comment Port differences - #16 by kharonus that was about the AMD 7040 Series and not AMD AI 300 Series)

If I’m using port 2 instead of 3, it gets the full speed.

Am I missing something? Shouldn’t this port support full speed for the Ethernet adapter as well?

Tried again after a few restarts and it works in port 3. Nothing else changed with the setup :man_shrugging::tada:
