Framework 16 not booting left LED solid red

I’ve been using my Framework 16 since I got it last October with minimal to no issues. Today I was working on it and the battery was really low. I plugged the charger into a USB C port and an outlet when I noticed this, but disn’t confirm it was definitely charging. A few minutes later it shut down (I was recording my screen when ut shut off, so probably was using a fair amount of power).

I checked all the charger connections and the outlet and found no issues. I also confirmed the charger is working by plugging it into my phone, and that the laptop battery has power by plugging my phone into one of the laptops USB C ports. The phone started charging in both cases.

The laptop won’t boot up though, and the left LED status light is a solid red, whether or not the charger is plugged in.

I’ve read a few other posts about similar issues (like this from reddit and the post here that it links to ) that mention there being a BIOS setting that disconnects the battery when power fully drains, but I won’t be able to test any of the fixes until I get back home on Monday. Just wondering if anyone has an idea what that red light could mean because I haven’t found anything on it. Or if anyone has any other suggestions.

Oh, not sure if it matters, but I’m running KDE Neon 6.2.
