Running into an error with my Framework 16 where most games will not launch. Upon launch of games on steam/epic games the monitor display goes black flashes back on and an error message is given by AMD software. This error under the same circumstances, using the Framework with an external monitor, has not occurred up until very recently.
I updated the drivers, but the error still occurs. I believe that the issue is occurring because my graphics module is failing or has failed because even as I type this on my external monitor it has gone black and not come on until unplugging the display port and turning off the monitor. The games will launch while only using the laptop but not when connect to the monitor. When these failures occur RX 7700 utilization will be at 100%. I have included screenshots of the error code.
I have requested a warranty but would welcome
any support that may be offered here. Thanks in advance everyone.
