it is a little bit strange. If it was working after changing thermal paste, then driver change should not cause such issue. At least you should see screen related to loading BIOS.
The only idea which I have is to reset mainboard/bios. here is instruction from another topic Framework 16 inch will not post - #8 by James3
If this does not help, then the only option will be to reach out to framework support
