Framework issue consistency

I’ve had to open up + repair my laptop 3 times in the past 9 months I’ve had my FW12. While Framework support has been phenomenal in response time and solutions, I’m curious-

How many people have had hardware issues? I’m aware the FW12 has had issues with its bottom chassis and 2 posts about discoloration with display. What about the FW13, 16, and desktop? Do you guys find yourselves opening up your devices for repairs? How often, and what parts have been swapped so far?

Had my FW13 for 3 years now and the only time I have opened it was to upgrade the WiFi card.

I have swapped the F12 bottom cover (which cracked), and I have swapped the SSD of my Framework 13. No other tinkering/reparing was necessary yet.
