- Laptop 13 Chromebook 12th gen intel x86_64 flashed with MrChromebox firmware
I can not get any form of external monitor working. I have tried every framework port adapter (
- all 4 USBc ports with 4 different display port / HDMI adapter cables
- HDMI
- displayport
- USBa with 2 different adapters
) and 5 different monitors. No monitor is ever detected and in dmesg i get some form of “failed to enter mode” on whatever port i try
I tried adding to a necro thread on the framework 13 board about the issue but was unsuccessful in reviving the conversation, then went to discord but got no reply and then that went away so i figure after ~3 months of trying its ok to make a new thread about the problem.
