I only ordered the board by itself. Still waiting…
I only ordered a 370 mainboard by itself and nothing else; no ram, ssd, or anything, just the board.
Arrived earlier today. Installing ram/ssd’s was a trivial process with a nicely illustrated guide, foolproof really.
Sadly, the good ends there. Left fan ramps up to 100% the moment you power on the laptop. Right fan ramps up too, but then idles as you’d expect. Filed a support ticket, hopefully it’s something simple to resolve.
Fixed the issue. Followed the Fan replacement guide and took out the expansion bay module. Disconnected and reconnected the ribbon cable and now both fans spin up then go idle until the CPU temps go north of 60C and then they start to ramp up. Outside that, totally silent.

Mine’s been stuck in the FedEx Memphis hub for days and days now…
Little update here. I contacted FedEx Logistics to inquire about it and they said there was some issue with the shipment and Framework needed to contact FedEx directly to get it resolved. Wonderful.
Anyone still waiting on their card being charged?
FINALLY! Just got the payment complete/shipping soon email.

I don’t know if this is the case for everyone but my mainboard appears to have shipped from the US warehouse rather than directly from Taiwan. So luckily I won’t have to deal with customs delays.
is the shipping delayed? i am in batch 4 shipping December but my card has not been charged yet.
I wish they communicate more on this.

I’ve started a thread where we can track the shipment of batches as a community, since Framework hasn’t been giving us any information. Any information would be helpful. Thank you!
Just as a data point my HX 370 mainboard shipped on Thursday and was originally supposed to be delivered on Monday the 8th, but ended up being delivered early on Friday.

Ordered board only…still waiting for email and card not charged yet either.
Friend of mine in Batch 4 got their email about 24 hours ago. He did not order it with memory, I wonder if that’s the limiting factor for most of these getting shipped.
