Framework Stylus software

This is regarding The Framework Laptop 12 Stylus supports the USI 2.0 standard.

I would love a software that allows you to map the framework stylus.

I’ve had this laptop for a while and I love it but the stylus I received with it however this is only complaint and Ive seen quite a few posts regarding this online (reddit etc)

I have also tried to map the pen’s buttons using my art software but it doesn’t pick up hat buttons are being pressed.

If this has already been addressed it would be lovely to know:)

What OS are you using? I was able to edit the pressure curve in my KDE settings (distro is Arch) and the buttons seems to work just fine in Krita. Hard to help without much details. What software are you trying to use the stylus with?

I’m using windows 11 and draw on Firealpacca. The pressure sensitivity works and so does the positioning but I cannot map the buttons on Firealpacca and Krita.

Ah, I don’t have Windows running on mine to test out so I’ll have to defer to others who may. Are you able to adjust the sensitivity at all? Did you adjust the bios settings for the stylus at all? I noticed a distinct difference when I switched from MPP to USI. I wonder if that may give more options? Just throwing things out for you to try to see if it gets you anywhere.

Hi,

I got this from the support, maybe it helps you.
To be honest I haven’t tried it yet, due to lack of time.
