FW 13 AMD AI 5 340 DIY Unable to boot into USB

I jsut received my Framework 13 laptop and after installing all the hardware I have not been able to get it to boot into a USB drive to be able to install windows. I have tried multiple windows USB’s that work on other laptops just fine and have even tried to boot into Hirens. Reading through the community I noticed secure boot can mess with things but have that disabled and it still errors out.

I get the 0xc0000098 error regardless of what I am trying to boot into.

For anyone that comes across this. I thought I was going to be cost effective and reuse some DDR5 from my old ASUS laptop that died on me. Turns out it was the RAM from that laptop that died. After installing a new stick of DDR5 it worked just fine to boot into HIRENS and WIN 11 installer.
