I have ordered a FW12 in batch 10 around a month ago, and now that everyone is starting to recieve their order confirmations, I am yet to recieve mine (I have already been charged full amount). With this, I looked into what the reasoning could be and came across posts on how Framework doesn’t ship to Puerto Rico at all which means that my order would be cancelled. However, I looked back at the ordering process and saw that Puerto Rico is an option as a state within the US and the ordering process allowed me to place the order with my address. Does this mean that it will ship here? If not, why is it even an option while ordering and why did I not recieve a notice that they would not ship to this location?
Best course of action to receive definitive answers to your questions is to contact support via email. Maybe other users will chime in if they have experience, but only directly talking to support will give you official answers.

If it’s any consolation, you’re not alone. I live in PR and ordered the FW12 too (Batch 10, let’s goooooo!!!). I did get in contact with support, so I’m just waiting for their response. I think they might be backlogged with a lot of other stuff right now, so patience is key.
