This is now working again. In the meantime I have:
- Reinstalled the driver pack
- Disconnected/connected battery via UEFI settings as a workaround for the bluetooth device disappearing.
I’m not sure if either of these actually fixed the issue or whether it was something else. But display brightness setting is working again
