Hello,
First, I did a quick search, but didn’t find a satisfying answer.
I received my Framework Laptop 10 days ago, my 32" display was working well, plugged with the HDMI expansion card.
But since a couple of days, since I tested some setting changes in the Windows 11 setting and with the the Intel graphic software, it only works sometime. Today it’s failing (I tried the expansion card with an other computer, it works). Yesterday it was working but not the day before…
Do you have any ideas about what I can do ?

You could try contacting support to see if they can help you figure out if this is a hardware issue, but this has been seen before.
I’ve been using my Framework laptop for about six months.

Been using the laptop for about 3 weeks now.
I usually keep my laptop plugged into two external 1080p monitors running Windows 10. I use the option to “extend desktop” on both of these

I know the monitors start some sort of handshake by their activity light but they eventua…
We have a new Framework laptop with 12th gen mb. Am very happy with this machine in general but we are having one issue with the hdmi port cards which so far tech support has not been able to help with - with a standard Asus 27 inch monitor, they work intermittently or not at all; at best, if I do a cold boot, it will work, but then a soft-reboot or just letting the machine sit for a while results in a black screen. All 4 ports on the motherboard are confirmed working (they work fine with usb-c …
