HDMI module not working

Hello all, Could you please help me on this topic?
Here is my problem:
My hdmi module was not working so i bought a new one. When i received it the new one worked and the older one also. Everything was fine for 2 days but today the HDMI do not work anymore…
I’ve checked every topic about it and nothing worked for me. I’ve checked this Expansion Card Slot functionality on Framework Laptop 16; then tried different hdmi cables, other screen, installed amd driver and drivers from framework again, restart my computer 5 times but still nothing work.

yes it is really painfull…
I am on windows 11

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Often a reset helps.

have you tried powering on with no expansion cards then insert them one at a time, or even power on ~ power off ~ power on all with no cards then try.

Also a BIOS reset may help. There are lots of similar queries if you search :slight_smile:
