How do I PXE boot on the AMD systemboard?

I bought the DIY AMD system and put windows 10 on it so I could get driver updates.

I am now trying to PXE boot it to put a new image on it as it will be a work laptop. When I select boot from IPV4 it flashes a brief bit of data for half a second then says it failed to boot.

I saw some mentions (not specific to the AMD model though) that you need to disable Secure Boot first.
