Hi all, I ordered a laptop sleeve from a company who make custom-fitted sleeves, and today I received a response from them asking for circumference measurements which I can’t provide, because my FW12 is in Batch 7 and won’t be in my hands for a few more weeks/months. I ordered the sleeve early because I want to have it when I get my FW12 so it never has to travel bare
The measurements I originally provided to them were the W×H×D shown approximately 40% of the way down the FW12 product page: https://frame.work/laptop12 (Ctrl+F “Fits in your pocket!”)
Here’s the reply I received today:
Hello, for the laptop we need a few details from you.
To ensure the perfect fit, we need the circumference of the laptop. Please do not measure the width, length, etc., but the circumference, as in the sample picture in the attachment.
To the millimeter, once across and once lengthwise. Please measure with a soft tailor tape, so that the roundings of the device can be taken into account.
In summary, we need these two specifications from you:
- Circumference lengthwise (in millimeters)
- Circumference crosswise (in millimeters)
And here is the sample picture they attached:
I will be extremely grateful if somebody who already has their Framework 12 could take these measurements for me
