Is it just me? (No Shipping since Oct. 24)

Hello Everybody,

I’ve ordered two laptops on Oct. 24. The status is “Order received” since then. No changes at all and no reaction from support, where I opened a ticket. The receipt is paid via PayPal. Has anybody received an order in the last 3 weeks? Hopefully there is no bigger problem than a part shortage…

Thanks for your reply. I can’t find a way to send you a DM, so I’m answering you here. I
opened a ticket on Nov. 4, but I’ve only received the welcome message as a reply. The order
number is XXXXXXX. I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

Hey @Claus-Peter_Malek I edited your post to remove your order number. After checking for you, you should have received a reply from support on November 4 in regards to one of your items being out of stock. They were asking if you wanted to wait until stock arrives or if you wanted to cancel that part. I don’t see a reply from you, so I’m not sure if you received the reply or not.

I haven’t received a message regarding the order. I’ve checked my spam folder as well, but
found nothing. It’s strange because I receive all notifications from the community site
without any problems.

Could you tell me what it is that’s not available? If it’s only an expansion card, then it’s
not a problem at all. I ordered an additional card anyway. If it is an internal component
like RAM, we will wait for it.

Can you forward this information internally? That would be a great help!
