Is the awful Bluetooth Latency Windows or my Laptop 16?

  • Which Framework product - Framework 16 with 7840HS

I cannot figure out how the latency is so bad on my Bluetooth headphones, my primary model that I use are the Technics AZ100 and youtube and other videos are nearly unwatchable with a huge delay. All drivers are up to date and I am just trying to figure out if this a total windows issue or the laptops issue. I do not believe it is an issue with the headphones as they have zero issues on my iPhone.

I don’t have those headphones but I don’t have any noticeable latency using my Logitech headphones in Linux
