Is the BE200.NGWG.NV compatible with AMD 13?

Hi, I wonder if the BE200.NGWG.NV (No vPro) is compatible with Framework 13. anyone know ? I know the BE200.NGWG is not working, but about the BE200.NGWG.NV. thanks

According to mouser that’s the one I have and that one didn’t work at all.

Edit: Btw I did try the be200 in an egpu enclosure to bypass the post issue, it hard crashes the system as soon as I plug in the tb cable, the cpu and the be200 really don’t seem to like each other XD

oh, even the no vPro is not working then

I’ll be very curious to validate if this is still the case or not after the recent BIOS update.

I just tried connecting a BE200 to both an AMD 13 and 16 via Thunderbolt and both machines rebooted a few seconds after plugging it in, and then would not post until I disconnected it.

Both are updated to the latest BIOS (3.08 for 13 and 3.05 for 16).

BE200 also not working on Ryzen AI HX 370. System doesn’t boot at all. AX210 works fine though.

Thanks all for answer but I abandoned the BE200 now. Because Intel don’t want us to use it with AMD CPU.
I now use [GUIDE] Successful Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) on Framework 13 AMD with Qualcomm QCNCM865 and Arch Linux - #228 by jared_kidd
I have very good experience with it (You just need a recent kernel. > 6.13) and the ath12k driver is very active.

I tried Killer branded BE200 cards in the AMD boards and they didn’t work either.

That makes sense, the killer stuff is only a driver difference these days.

I thought so too but I figured I’d try just in case some tiny difference in them would allow them to work in non-Intel systems.
