I got a question for you guys. I now own my second FW12 (had to replace it because of the cracking issue) and on both machines if I‘m gaming the key combination doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work when testing the key combination using an online key roll over test.
Did you guys noticed the same?
That is apparently a thing, I am hoping it’s just a lazy implementation of anti-ghosing that can be fixed with an update and not a really badly thought through matrix design.
I‘m contact with the support already. Let’s see where this goes. Maybe it’s just a software limitation.
hey my son’s run into this problem as well with his FW12, did you ever hear from support about a work around or fix?
No support told me they will update something on their git but do not know what has been updated or what so ever.
I asked them what will be updated or if their is a fix but got no answer on that
