Just a curious thought I was having. I’m looking at trading out my keyboard once the german language option is available on the marketplace, and I’m not sure where to best put this quesiton, but will I need to get the full input cover kit or should just the keyboard itself be able to fit with my current (english USA) cover?
From what I see, all Framework keyboards, be it ANSI or ISO share the same cover. So you should be fine with just buying the German keyboard part itself and, with a bit of luck, fitting it in place.
Just keep in mind that this is a time consuming operation that requires patience and attention.

Thanks for the input! I hadn’t looked up replacement instructions yet, so if you’re right, (as I agree, it does look to be the case), I’ll have to take some time weighing whether the time/risk is worth it.
