Laptop 13 Ryzen AI 5 340 randomly shutdown + ports won't charge/unstable

I bought the laptop last year and I got some weird issues since last week.

Here is my config :
Framework 13 2.8K display
Ryzen 5 AI 340
Crucial 64GB DDR5-5600 (2 x 32GB)
WB Blue 1TB
Expansion slots:
Left Upper → USB-C
Left Lower → USB-C
Right Upper → USB-A
Right Lower → SD Card

Charger:
Dell 130W USB-C (PD) (Also tried with another charger, 96W, and had the same behavior.)

I’m running windows 11 and BIOS 3.05.

The left upper USB-C port doesn’t charge normally. When I plug it in, Windows detects that it is charging for about 2 seconds, then it stops for 2 seconds, then it is detected again, then it stops. It is cycling on and off and the LED never turns on. It is slowly draining and once in a blue moon it does charge normally (with the LED and everything).

Now, for the left lower USB-C port, I just doesn’t charge at all. Sometimes, the laptop even shuts down immediately after I plug it in. The LED never turns on.

Today, the laptop wasn’t plugged and it turned off after 5 minutes of use and battery was about 70% full. I restarted it (still unplugged) worked about 5 minutes and turned off again.

I tried the USB-C ports on the right side and they both charge normally.
I tried swapping all the USB-C expansion and get the same behavior with the left ports.
I tried swapping charger and got the same behavior.
I tried disconnecting the battery with the BIOS option and nothing changed.
I tried disconnecting the battery physically and nothing changed.

It is really unstable and I don’t know what to do anymore.
