Has anyone tried using the fancontrol, Tuxedo Control Center, or another such tool for controlling fan speed, on their Framework laptop? I’m finding the fan overeager and want to try dialing it back. Thanks.
I’m also curious. My CPU is running around 45 degrees C and I can still hear the fan running slowly. I’m sure this is hurting my battery life.

I have not BUT I believe the Tuxedo computer line has similar chipsets and CPUs in their lineup. If it works on them, it should work here.
Are you using the updated beta BIOS? I believe it improved fan performance especially at lower speeds.
