As mentioned in the disclaimer, I have zero connection to this project. My intent is to bring more eyes to their currently-in-production product/project “Modis-Flow” that you linked, and I thought that this thread was for just that!

Modis-Flow is currently-in-production product/project. But it is not supported for Framework Laptop. That is not enough to add the project on this page.
I thought that your project was to support the Modis-Flow on Framework Laptop. If you are really excited and passionate enough to make the Modis-Flow to support Framework Laptop, I can tell you it is possible to make the project real by taking actions, or at least worth trying it from my experiences to make some projects real even from the situation that I had zero connection to stakeholders.
If I were you,
- Check this community forum and Reddit to understand how much the E-ink display are desired. Do research.
- Create the specific thread on this forum to tell the vision, and involve people.
- Contact people at Modis-Flow, the controller, and Framework by sending emails, and talk to understand their needs and situations. If there is a chance, travel to meet them in person.
- If you don’t have technical skill, find and involve someone who does instead of you.
- If you are not good at telling a vision, find and involve someone who does instead of you.
This is a rule as collaborator, coordinator or director, leading people.
But if you just give up your project to support Modis-Flow on Framework Laptop, just after sharing the information here with low cost, your excitement is volatile, or you cannot imagine how to make it real.
In that case, I think Feature Request Megathread also suits to your topic.
