I am trying to order expansion cards for my FW13 and am unable to outside the EU or US. I have a forwarder and my card keeps getting declined. Why limit sales like that. For laptops I understand, but not for the parts.
I would encourage you to bring your question directly to Framework. There are legalities regarding shipping and transactions that Framework cannot circumvent.
On these forums, however, there is a strict policy of not discussing freight forwarding. It has been discussed repeatedly and a simple search should yield all the answers you are looking for. (On top of contacting Framework support directly.)
I do sympathize with your frustration and apologize that the community here can’t do anything more to help you.
