Power up brand new out of box Batch 12 Desktop AMD Ryzen AI Max 300. Fan spins for ~10 seconds, stops. No bios information or anything to HDMI connected monitor. Same behavior with and with USB-c Windows 11 installer Flash Drive.
Any assistance while I wait for response on technical support ticket is appreciated.
Initial memory training may take up to 5 minutes - it’s painfully slow. I would turn it on and grab a cup of coffee before coming back.

Check the status leds too
Cup coffee = dinner out, nothing same status.

You might also want to check the framework’s FAQ page on LED lights to get an idea of what it’s doing.
If there is an issue with the board, other users have reported framework asking them to look at the led lights to understand what the system is doing. Other than that, you may just need to wait for support.
There is a single solid red LED just under the fan towards the front of the case. No blinking pattern.
Without any flashing pattern on LEDs i suspect I am just waiting on support.

Did you try the different display outputs? USB-C did not really work for me. Displayport and HDMI did (but HDMI did not provide full resolution on Ubuntu).
I have 64 gb of ram on my unit, and memory training took nearly 30 min.
On my other and desktop I build, memory training took over 15 min on my non-soldered ram.
