My framework 13 came with the original glossy screen. I recently purchased the newer matte screen with the original resolution because visibility is really bad on the glossy screen. After installing the new screen, the laptop doesn’t display anything after being powered on. The original screen still works fine if I reinstall it, but nothing shows up on the matte one. Do I need a firmware update or something?
I don’t recall one being needed but it can’t hurt either if you aren’t on an up to date firmware.
