Occasional freeze and crash

Which OS (Operating System)? Windows 11, 25H2

  • Laptop 16, AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 w/ Radeon 860M, NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 5070

The laptop is great, but it occasionally freezes and I have to long-press power off to get it to shut down and restart. I’d say it happens about once every two days with about 3hrs/day of use. Is there something I should do to help troubleshoot the issue?

I didn’t see any more recent firmware downloads.
