The laptop was asleep.
I came back to it and when trying to wake it up it stayed off.
The light around the power button lights white for 3 seconds and then off for 1.
The side light where the power is plugged in is lit red until the power button is pressed.
When the power is pressed the light blinks red on fro 2 seconds off for 2 seconds. This pattern occurs 19 times until there is a blue flash and then the pattern repeats.

I think it was Win11 major patch 25H1 - Which Framework product (Laptop 13, Laptop 16, Laptop 12 or Desktop) and which generation (Intel 11th gen, Intel 12th gen , Intel 13th gen, Chromebook, AMD 7040 Series, AMD AI 300 Series, AMD Ai Max 300 Series)
Laptop 16 with AMD 7040 series and w/o graphics.
I have tried reseating the battery. I have tried clearing the caps. I have tired a different power supply. I have tried different type-c cables. I have tried applying power to different sides of the laptop.
