Can you download both Chrome OS and windows OS without breaking the computer. And do you offer student discounts and would there be future opportunities for an internship? And how do you invest in the company?

Did you want to say “Can ‘I’ install both Chrome OS and windows OS without breaking the computer (as a dual boot)?”?

As far as I know, Chrome OS is not supported for the Laptop 12. However, you may be able to install Chrome Flex OS and Windows OS as a dual boot. The thread about Chrome Flex OS on Laptop 12 is below. As a note, the term “dual boot” means booting (launching) a selected OS of the installed multiple OSes on a computer without breaking the computer.

Chrome Flex OS Support

Hello! Is there any word on there being any Chrome Flex OS Support? I know it most likely not have ChromeOS Support, but I am wondering if it will be put onto the supported list of devices for Chrome Flex OS? I put a link to the list of support device models down below. I have been pushing for the IT team to take a test run of Framework, if it were to be supported we would most likely go the Framework route rather than the Chromebook 3100’s (and beyond).

I assume in this sentence, the “you” mean “Framework Computer”. Maybe you wanted to say “does Framework offer student discounts?”?

The answer is no. Framework doesn’t offer student discounts as far as I know.

The answer is no. So far, Framework hasn’t announced any internship opportunities. And note that Framework only has hired people in the US and Taiwan.

I am not interested in stock investment.

If you wanted to say “how can I invest in the company?”, in the past, in 2024, Framework offered stock investment for the community. The related article is bleow. So, I think Framework will announce if they have such an opportunity again in the future. But there is no such opportunity right now.
