So i’ve recently started a support ticket with the staff of Framework themselves and i’ve been wondering for a bit (especially during the 30-day money back guarantee period) that if my return label isn’t sent to me with my details on it. Is it my fault that they didn’t respond within the time frame or Frameworks Fault? I also wish to ask if there is at least some form of pause during this step of the phase because as time goes by and my anxiety skyrockets slowly, i’m wondering if i could even refund my current machine. Ive gotten it roughly around August 19th and its not ideal knowing that time slowly goes on by with hardly any response.
I’m getting a little anxious and would like to know other peoples experiences in return / refund experiences. I want to just get this over with but i also don’t want to be late and miss that 30 day period. Anyone else know how long its roughly taking for a return label? I hope you see where im coming from and well, id be willing to give Framework another try eventually down the path of life but right not im very unsatisfied and just want to refund but im also terrified that with these delays that my refund request and request for a return label might not go noticed. This was a hefty purchase and i do regret it. Surely someone can share their experiences and help a brother out, especially with reassurance?
