How long are the wait times currently for return labels - Ive waited 7 days now for a return, I received an email Wednesday 20th to say to watch out for a return label but nothing now for 3 days and yes ive checked Junk.
Is it normal with Framework for these long wait times now?
21 days later and still no return label - can anyone here nudge them to hurry up.

It might sound surprising, but emails are not assured delivery. They can get lost.
It is a shame that FW don’t have a Web based trouble ticking systems, whereby one can log in and view the status of trouble tickets.
