[RESPONDED] Laptop Do Not Shutdown After Suspend

Hi,

I have the following power config in dconf editor:

However, it is clear that the system did not shut down on after 30 mins of suspend. I have even specifically made sure that the computer entered suspend not during charging, and the computer still do not shutdown.

What could the problem be? Is there any diagnostics I can do?

I take it this is behavior you are wanting, to shut down after being suspended for 30 minutes? If this is the case, you may have success with rtcwake in a script after 30 minutes with the shut down command. This could be scripted or even rolled into a systemd service.

All of that said, your kernel is needing an update as the current one is 6.5.9-300.fc39.x86_64 - not critical, but worth noting you will want to keep up on your updates as this is a new upcoming release.
